This Brazilian decaf originates from Sul de Minas in Minas Gerais, the coffee capital of Brazil. It is a regional blend of Catuai and Mundo Novo varietals, grown at an altitude of 900 metres. The beans are processed using natural and pulped natural methods, expertly curated by quality analysts in Patrocínio. The result is a coffee bursting with rich milk chocolate flavour, complemented by a soft butter caramel sweetness and a biscuity body. This decaf is versatile and performs well across brewing methods, including espresso, filter, AeroPress, and cafetière. Its flavour profile is reminiscent of a liquid millionaire’s shortbread, offering a full-bodied and indulgent experience without caffeine.

Decaffeination Process
Decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process (Ethyl Acetate), the method involves soaking green beans in water, steaming to open pores, and removing caffeine using an ethyl acetate solution derived from sugarcane. This process preserves the coffee’s rich and chocolatey flavour profile.
