This Colombian decaf coffee is sourced from El Vergel Estate, cultivated by Elias and Shady Bayter. Grown at altitudes of 1,650–1,950 masl, it features Red and Yellow Caturra varieties. The coffee undergoes a washed process and is decaffeinated using the sugarcane method. Known for its sweetness and complexity, this single-origin coffee offers tasting notes of caramel, berries, and vanilla. The Bayter family has transformed their farm into a hub for specialty coffee, ensuring exceptional quality with sustainable practices.

Decaffeination Process
Decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane Process (Ethyl Acetate), which gently removes caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural flavours, resulting in a smooth and rich cup with only 0.1% caffeine.
