Decaffeination Process
The Mountain Water Process is a chemical-free method that uses pure mineral water from Pico de Orizaba, Mexico’s highest peak. The green beans are soaked and filtered under high pressure to remove caffeine while preserving flavour, resulting in a rich, flavourful decaf.
