Supernova Single Origin Natural Colombia Decaf

A natural process single origin from the Villamaría Red Association in Caldas, sourced through the social enterprise importer Raw Material. Cherry is floated and sorted at La Aurora, rested for 24 hours, then fermented a further 48 hours at the Jamaica processing station before around 15 days on drying beds and 3 to 4 days in a mechanical dryer. Sugarcane decaffeinated afterwards and roasted medium-light. Dried fruit, orange and hazelnut. Great Taste 1 star in both 2025 and 2026.

Nott Coffee is the decaf sub-brand of Danelaw Coffee, a Yorkshire roastery run by Dave Wilson, who also runs Bjorn Speciality Coffee in Holmfirth. Nott is Old Norse for night. The whole range is decaffeinated using the sugarcane process and every coffee is sold whole bean or ground to order for cafetiere, filter or moka. Between them the range has taken Great Taste awards every year since 2023.
