Aurora Light Roast Decaf Blend

A blend of washed and natural process Colombian sugarcane decafs, roasted light to hold on to sweetness and acidity. Mandarin, black grape and caramel. It took 3 stars at the Great Taste awards in 2024 and 1 star in 2025, which is rare territory for a decaf blend. Sold as Nott Fjødr before the range was renamed.

Nott Coffee is the decaf sub-brand of Danelaw Coffee, a Yorkshire roastery run by Dave Wilson, who also runs Bjorn Speciality Coffee in Holmfirth. Nott is Old Norse for night. The whole range is decaffeinated using the sugarcane process and every coffee is sold whole bean or ground to order for cafetiere, filter or moka. Between them the range has taken Great Taste awards every year since 2023.
