Single Origin CO2 Decaf Peru

A Peruvian Arabica decaffeinated with liquid CO2 at CR3 in Bremen, Germany, which is why Winchester sell it as their sparkling water decaf. The roastery says the process removes 99.9% of the caffeine, takes 6 to 7 days and is certified organic. Medium roast, roasted fresh to order in Winchester. Smooth and sweet with no bitterness, with a chocolatey edge, and they suggest it for espresso, filter, moka pot or cafetiere. Sold in 250g, 500g and 950g bags.
