This Peruvian decaf coffee is sourced from smallholder farmers across the country, grown at altitudes between 1,200 and 1,600 MASL. It features a mix of Bourbon, Catucai, Caturra, Pache, and Typica varietals, processed using the fully washed method. Known for its bright acidity and sweet crisp body, the coffee offers a clean and balanced cup. The beans are sun-dried on raised beds or drying sheds, with some producers adopting advanced drying techniques such as greenhouses and parabolic beds. Peru is recognised as the largest exporter of organic Arabica coffee globally, with its fertile soils and high altitudes contributing to exceptional quality.
