A staple in Cornish cafes, this Colombian decaf coffee is produced by 10 female producers in the Caldas region, grown at elevations between 1,400 and 1,800 metres above sea level. The coffee is a blend of mixed varietals, processed using the washed method. It is decaffeinated using the Sugarcane process, which takes place entirely in Colombia, ensuring a lower carbon footprint. With a very impressive cup score of 84, Atlas Decaf delivers a balanced and approachable profile, featuring tasting notes of apple, chocolate, and caramel. The medium, round body is complemented by a medium, crisp acidity and a long, sweet finish. This coffee is suitable for various brewing methods, including espresso, filter, and more.

Decaffeination Process
Decaffeinated using the Sugarcane Process, the coffee is steamed, rinsed in Ethanol Acetate derived from non-GMO Colombian sugarcane, and then treated with mountain water and steam to remove caffeine. This method preserves and enhances the coffee’s flavour while maintaining a low carbon footprint.
