This organic Peruvian decaf coffee originates from the San Martin and Cajamarca regions, grown at altitudes of 1,200–1,900 metres by the Alto Mayo Agricultural Coffee Cooperative. Featuring the Catuai variety, it is Fairtrade and Organic certified. The cooperative focuses on sustainability, quality improvement, and environmental care, benefiting 943 associated families across 43 production areas.

Decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process, a chemical-free and environmentally friendly method that preserves the coffee’s natural sweetness and flavour integrity while removing 99.9% of caffeine.
