Decaffeination Process
The “Nectar Tropical Washed” coffee processing method involves fermenting coffee cherries with a “mother culture” of tropical fruit nectar and specific microorganisms, like Lactobacillus and Saccharomyces. This fermentation, typically lasting 190-200 hours, enhances the coffee’s natural sweetness and creates a unique tropical flavour profile. Awesome!
