This Colombian decaf originates from the El Vergel farm in the Fresno, Tolima region, cultivated at 1,500 masl. It features Red and Yellow Caturra varieties, processed using a washed method before undergoing Sugarcane EA decaffeination. The coffee has vibrant tasting notes of raspberry, candyfloss, and milk chocolate, offering a sweet and balanced cup with an incredibly reputable cup score.

Decaffeination Process
Decaffeinated using the Sugarcane EA method at the Descafecol plant in Manizales, this process utilises ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane and mountain water. The method gently removes 99.7% of caffeine while preserving the coffee’s natural sweetness and complex flavours.
