This Colombian decaf originates from the Huila region, known for its unique terroir and complex coffee production. Varieties in this blend include Castillo, Colombia, and Caturra, grown at altitudes of 1,400 to 2,000 masl. It is washed-processed coffee and offers a flavour profile of chocolate orange, malt, and prune. The beans are sourced from various smallholder farmers and score a very impressive 85 points on the speciality scale. Delicious.

Decaffeination Process
Decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane Process (Ethyl Acetate), this natural method involves steaming and a solution of water and EA to remove caffeine. The process preserves the coffee’s flavour integrity, ensuring a clean and vibrant cup with no traces of EA.
