This Colombian decaf originates from the Atunkaa farm in Piendamó, Cauca, situated at altitudes of 1,700 to 1,900 masl. It features a mixed variety of beans processed using the washed method. The coffee delivers a balanced flavour profile with tasting notes of orange, apple, and a creamy milk chocolate finish. It reflects the sustainable practices and transparency of the Siruma Coffee Company, which partners with underserved farming communities to ensure fair prices for farmers.

Decaffeination Process
Decaffeinated using the Sugar Cane Process, a natural method involving ethyl acetate derived from sugar cane. The process preserves the coffee’s natural flavours while gently removing caffeine through steaming, washing, and vacuum drying.
