This Peruvian decaf coffee is grown by the Cenfrocafe cooperative in the northern regions of Peru at altitudes of 1,200 to 1,800 metres. It features Arabica beans of Tipica and Caturra varieties, processed using the washed method. Certified Fairtrade and organic, this coffee supports social development programmes and sustainable farming practices. The coffee is dark roasted with a light body, offering a flavour profile of peanut, chocolate, and mild citrus fruits. It is ideal for espresso and Aeropress brewing methods, with low acidity and a light mouthfeel.
