This Colombian decaf coffee originates from the Popayan region in Cauca and is grown at altitudes of 1,500 to 2,050 masl. It features the Catimor varietal and is processed using the washed method before undergoing decaffeination. Sourced through Cofinet, the coffee boasts a rich flavour profile with tasting notes of red fruit, chocolate, and caramel.
