This decaf coffee originates from the Rio Azul Cooperative in Huehuetenango, Guatemala. Grown at altitudes ranging from 1,100 to 2,000 metres, it features Caturra, Bourbon, and Catuai varieties. The beans are fully washed, highlighting their clarity and brightness. Known for its rich flavour profile, Halcyon offers luxurious notes of chocolate, caramel, and almond.
