This decaf coffee originates from El Vergel in the Tolima region of Colombia, grown at an altitude of 1,550 metres above sea level. It features Red and Yellow Caturra varieties and is processed using the EA Sugarcane method. The coffee is roasted with an omni profile, making it suitable for both filter and espresso brewing. Known for its remarkable flavour retention, this decaf offers a balanced body and sweetness, with top notes that are rarely preserved in other decaffeination methods. The Baytor family, originally avocado farmers, transitioned to coffee farming in 2006 and have since gained recognition for their innovative processing techniques and high-quality coffees.
