This Colombian decaf coffee originates from the Huila region, a renowned coffee-growing area in Colombia. It is a regional blend from diverse farming families, grown at altitudes between 1,400 and 1,800 metres above sea level. The coffee is composed of Arabica Bourbon, Typica, Colombia, Castillo, and Caturra varietals. The fertile soils, consistent ambient temperature of 20°C, and cloud cover create ideal growing conditions. Coffee is manually harvested throughout the year, ensuring a continuous supply of high-quality beans. This decaf coffee is medium roasted to highlight its tasting notes, which include chocolate, lemon, and red fruits.
